Happy Dragon Boat Festival

When I was having my shower this morning, someone pressed the door bell.

It was unexpected when I saw my "brother" standing in front of the door with dumplings on his hand. He is one of the chefs in my aunt's restaurant, we used to call him "刀神".

Back to the dumpling, felt envy when everyone posted the photos of dumpling on facebook, I can't believe I actually had one too eventhough no "妈妈味道" in it.

Dad : Ah Boy, who are you going to marry when you grow up?
Ah Boy : Papa, I love grandma, I want to marry grandma!!

Dad : No, Ah boy, you can't, she is my mom, you cannot marry him.
Ah Boy : Nonsense!! Then why did you marry my mom?!!

Accident

It is always good to study in the morning with a cup of hot tea and ocean waves as background sound. BUT!! woken up by the "World Heavyweight Spamming Champion" instead of my alarm doesn't sound good.

I finally got my phone installed with older version of iOS and reformat my pc for the third time this year, without much thought. Something gone wrong when I realized that the backup files weren't saved in my external hard disc drive which means all the photos and my memories at Perth are all gone. I tried hard to find from one folder to another, hoping for miracle but the files didn't appear. My phone is now a phone without anything. RUBBISH!!

Maybe it is a sign from God asking me not to look backward. "Think positively!" That's what my aunt always say.

Exam Period

Accidentally clicked on the link to my blog, I feel guilty for not writing in the past few weeks. This is my first time posting my personal stuff to my blog. Sorry if you don't like.

Nothing actually, just want to let you know that I'll be having my final from 13th until 21st of June. Spending 8 hours in engineering lab everyday is definitely a torture. I have been doing that since 2-3 weeks ago. I have two assignments due this Friday and another two reports to be done by the following week. Luckily I have started doing them during semester break or else I will not have enough time to study for my final exam.

Having surrounded by "idiots" when studying is good and fun. From the "idiots", I learnt how to study in most effective way. I am not going to tell you how but please watch "3 idiots" movie, that's what we normally do. Sometimes when I feel stress, they will entertain me their funny actions.

Everyone has started planning for trips during this winter holiday but there will be no holiday for me. I will start working in a civil engineering company on 22nd of June. This is good thing for me as I had been looking for an engineering job since I first came to Perth. Since I studied Structural Analysis as one of the compulsory units in my course, I found that Civil Engineering is an interesting course to study. I should have chosen that course to study few years back.

For my job, I was told by my boss that I'll be playing with engineering softwares and designing as well as doing measurements on construction sites. As a mechanical engineering student, I never thought I would step into civil engineering world. I hope this will be a big turning point of my life. Maybe I will choose to study part time for another civil engineering degree after I graduate.

Oh wait, I shouldn't think so far first, I have got final exam in a couple of weeks time.

Engineering

Few days ago, I wrote my first post which it took me more than 1 hour to finish it.

Okay, now I'm going to write my second one and let you all know what is engineering about. But, time is gold, I don't want to spend hours writing a post like what I did for my first post. So, I decided to simplify the problem with a picture.
